I just finished watching it. Other than a few cheeseball moments overall I thought it was good. They haven't skipped a beat!
It was a pretty epic first episode. The new money influx is immediately obvious. The opening scene alone makes it clear. All in all it was a pretty solid opening. If you liked Top Gear you will love this. If you didn't like Top Gear you're probably a tool anyways.

And FYI personally I liked bits of Top gear just dislike Clarkson and am not that bothered about cars although I have owned a classic car in my time...am a spiderheard/animal head rather than a petrolhead. P.s always gotta be someone trolling in anything related to topgear I suppose.
meh it was OK. They didn't really do anything new though. It was the exact same show just with the different segments renamed. I was hoping for something a bit different.
Probably playing it safe for the 1st episode to keep a fan base. There's really not a whole lot more you can do with a car show...
Loved this! They really captured the "boys are back in town"-vibe and the chemistry between the three is still there. More PLEASE!... NOW!
I liked it! Totally took me back to the good ol' TG days with the boys. I have to say, with all my car knowledge and math skills the ending totally threw me. I would have made the same bet that Clarkson did. After I picked my jaw up off the floor, I decided it was down to the tires. The P1 needs its stickier tires, like Clarkson was trying to say at the end of the show, to really exploit the potential it has on track. All in all it was awesome to see such an even comparison of the Holy Hypercar Trinity after waiting for so long. Looking forward to next week.
