Cant wait to get my hands on three of these.... With 3gb of vram, I shouldn't run into any issues with triple 1080p 120hz monitors.

Still confused about the launch of the $1k Titan just to have this card be released soon after with similar performance at a much lower cost.

They did the same with 680 release only to bring out the 670 a month later. I guess it makes the 780 look like a better deal compared to a titan even if it is £549 ..

The 780 GPUs were piling up in the bins because they're not sold as a Tesla part, Titan may look like a profitable part at $1k but the Tesla K20X costs EIGHT times as much, hence is way more profitable per GPU. Like nVidia have told us, they were amazed to sell that many Titans in such a short period. So not only do they prefer selling $7-8k Teslas over $1k Titans, but also left-over, third rate silicon 'junk' as $650 780s. And it's funny to see the junk keep up with the big boy when half its die is completely dead. Talk about wasted silicon.

    Prices at IBM:
    14 SMX Tesla K20X= $7,399 = $1k Titan
    13 SMX Tesla K20 = $4,975 = no Geforce
    12 SMX LEFTOVER = $650 Geforce 780

Let's just assume the 12SMX part was already on the original Kepler roadmap as the 760 or something...

Yields. And then some artificial pricing, and you're good to go.
