I just switched from my phenom II x4 to a fx-6100 and I can't believe how much faster it runs. Whatever problems bulldozer had, these new updates seem to have fixed them.

That's because the game isn't properly threaded for more than 4 cores. Since the 8000 series have 8 cores and 4 modules, the OS would think those cores are traditional cores that we've come to know.

It makes sense that it only goes 50% as the game was meant to push 4 cores. The engine isn't really scalable when it comes to the CPU.

You can't not overclock and expect full performance out of those cards. In fact, I'll tell you right now that two of those cards are sitting around doing nothing 99% of the time.

yeah, you would have to oc 4.5ghz to match a thuban at 4ghz. I would clock her as high as she goes. even a high clocked SB at 4.8+ is going to bottle neck 4 of those cards.

with my setting and whole setup i use 100% the power of my pc trust me,
plus i have a 51 plasma full HD tv connected to my pc runs at 60hz an my every single games gets 60hz the least fps and up! so why to make my pc suffer? why to do something that is only needed when you have a slow old pc and the only thing you need is a cheap boost or to play for fun...

If you only wanted 60fps, why did you waste the money on four cards when two would have been more than sufficient?

You're not even properly utilizing the second pair whatsoever.

wtf do people post the size of their display when it means absolutely nothing? 1920x1080 has the exact same pixel count regardless of screen size....

damn you should be able to have the same fps as a highly clock SB chip with 2 of them cards. the resolution is 1920x1080? lol

I dunno what his res is...was just sayin... People make such a big deal about screen size when it really means nothing. The resolution results in the same pixel count regardless of screen size.

You get an attitude regardless of what I post. That's why I've had you on my ignore list for the last several months....but I guess taking you off it was a mistake anyway....
