Clearly that has changed since the last set of drivers.

Regardless of any benchmark, the AMD series OC very easily to clocks much higher than their original spec, which puts them out from par to well in front. That is a definite consideration when you want to buy a new card.

True true. That little competitor chart, like I said, is with stock clocks.

If OP is a serious overclocker, should go with AMD. Especially if 7850 is in his budget. If it's not, GTX 650 Ti will be fine. Or maybe and older gen card like GTX 560 and HD 6870.

Perhaps there will be some more consistency between benchmarks as the drivers mature further. An older gen card could be a way forward if the price is attractive.

Thank you everyone for taking time to guide me, by going through all the replies and keeping in view the availability of cards in my local market these two cards can be bought:

    INNO3D GTX650
    Sapphire HD 7750

To end up this which one should i get from these two ?

As from this comparison http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/535?vs=681 the 7750 seems a better choice.

I would go with Sapphire, but wait for more responses.

7750 is same as 6770, but both are not much better than 4850, still don't understand how Crysis 2 didn't work, there must be a problem with card or drivers. You can expect to push over 100FPS very easy with new card if you don't go crazy with resolution/details. In that case 4850 should push 80FPS or more.

What is the real difference between normal versions and Ti versions, INNO3D GTX650 and EVGA GTX 560 are available but not the Ti versions, the 650 is in my budget range.

HD 7770 is better than GTX 650 (non-Ti). GTX 560 is better than HD 7770.

From faster to slower they look like this:
    HD 7850
    GTX 560 Ti
    GTX 560
    GTX 650 Ti
    HD 7770
    GTX 650
    HD 7750

Look for GTX560Ti if they have, its like 10-15$ more than regular and quite faster.

I haven't installed it yet on my computer, will do it in a while, what kind of testing are you talking about out ? I was playing sleeping dogs and medal of honor warfighter when my old card died so i will run these two games to test it.
