The way you can tell if a companie has great customer service is if something goes wrong, that is when they show there true colours. I use Novatech, Specialtech for watercooling and Scan now and again. I dont use anything else....Avoid Ocuk they are the worst ever!
eBuyer has always been fine with me, sometimes they take a few emails to get a refund or discount due to some problem but they always come through
Buying parts for upgrade or a build should be a pleasurable experience, those were very scary reviews for the site. I really hope mjw will get his parts.

You always get one though don't you! If I was you I would cancel the order, get in touch with your CC company and explain you may have made a mistake ordering from them given the bad press/reviews etc.
I`ve been using Scan for a long time and for a lot of items, from cables to graphics cards and i`ve never had any problems or had to return items, also they pretty good on price...dispatch very quickly and have some nice deals on.

Just stick to well known companies like OCUK, ebuyer, scan, aria, dabs/BT shop, etc I'd watch out for any odd charges on your credit card too
Gone through what? I decided to order with them after reading all the reviews online. I am covered by my credit company and I am in no rush for the parts. I will keep the thread updated.
Ocuk are terrible when it comes to RMA, The test of any company is when you RMA and ive had terrible experiences with OCUK. No wonder there are so many hate threads over the net about them and now wonder there web address is banned from Guru3D.
