Sound like it was their out sourced support center that your call was sent to. That does happen a lot.

I didn't have issue with support with asus, but I used email support.

Don't forget to clean up the front page of the thread. Had to scour the last few pages to find the recent drivers

    Hey Rob McClelland,
I just deleted everything on my computer to upgrade it from WinXP to Win7. After 2 days I recognized that I havn't installed my soundcard. I am using a Sound Blaster Audigy (SB audigy) soundcard and im getting crazy. I installed all drivers which were on the CD and its runing BUT I would like to use the creative audio center / creative console launcher. I downloaded a few now in the internet but it always says that the launcher is not compatible with my SB Audigy soundcard.. So what the hell can I do ? Which drivers I need to download and how can I run the audio center / console launcher ? I am sure you got asked about it like 100 times but it would be nice if you could try to explain it to me ! Thanks in advance and I am sorry for my bad english ;) !
    Regards Tyrane
