PSN+ Monthly Games for PS4 and Vita EU

Yesterday I downloaded killzone mercenary beta from the vita ps+ store.

 

As did I, and I, Ladies and Gentlemen, do say it is the first fps to work on a handheld. Its actually fun, controllable within just few minutes of game-play, i felt right at home as if it were the console version only after a couple of confrontations.. as far as controls go.

gfx, well.. it goes to show how powerful this handheld is when a dev is able to cater to one system and one system only, as i think, excluding that resistance game, not every dev has the time and money to get every drop outta this thing.

No diff to any other platform exclusive/first party title i guess.

Cannot wait for the full version,, must buy imo.

 

They use a #0 philips head screwdriver iirc.

 

@ WhiteLightning - The PS3 'HD' port of Jak and Daxter Trilogy is a barebones upgrade that isn't even HD (it's sub-720p) and lacks any anti-aliasing so the graphics do look a tad rough on a large screen 1080p TV. A shame really as the Ratchet & Clank Trilogy HD Classic release was really, really good with the upgrade complimenting the lovely cartoon artwork. The Jak & Daxter Trilogy are still great games which run at 60 fps if you can overlook that and they're free if you're a PSN+ subscriber so there is that. They could have been so much better though. I actually prefer to play the games on my PS Vita as the 5" screen hides the jaggies, albeit the game has framerate hiccups and is locked to 30 fps.

 

AssCreed 3? Ive got it on PC but havent completed it yet, might have to do so on PS3.

Just traded in dragon dogma dark risen in game to put towards my ps4, since having ps+ im starting to wonder if its worth buying games when there released.

 

I have only just bought a PS3. Still debating on if I should get PSN plus. What if I get bored of online like I did on the XBox and decide not to renew it. I lose the ability to play the free games right?

 

Yes, but also if you buy a ps4 or vita both will get free games, ie drive club launch ps4 title will be available day one all be it a few less tracks and cars + theres also some other ps4 games free on psn launch day.

 

Ooooo soooo tempting. Really been put off with the XBone one (horrible name), M$ and the lack of exclusives the XBox 360 received compared to PS3 (eventually).

 

PS+ is brilliant. I nthe last 2 months ive got BF3, Saint Row 3, AssCreed 3, Uncharted 3, Far Cry 3, NFS: Most Wanted. Plus bunch of smaller titles.

Jus tmake sure you get bigger hard drive. £40 a year is nothing, considering what games you get!

 

I cant wait to get my ps4 and sign up to ps+. i have a ps3 for the last few yrs ,but I want to hold out till I get my 14day free trial with the ps4 on the ps+ and then give it a go . Tbh ,there are no release games for the ps4 that grab me by the balls . My son is thinking of Bf4 and the daughter is thinking of Mirrors edge... I'm defo into ps+.

A local video shop closed down in my town two weeks ago and I bought 21 Wii U games for €21 (€1 each) .I went into another branc of the same video store in the city and traded 16 of the games in and got €374 credit and ordered a ps4 with the credit ( ps4 is €399) . I was told I would be getting the second round of consoles, probably xmas/january . I seen the ps4 bundles coming out last week and rang the store back and asked to upgrade my order to the bundle and the manager told me I was 1st on the list for the Killzone ,extra controller/camera bundle ...sweet. I rang back yesterday and was told that I am still the only one that has asked for the upgrade and I'm still first on the list. If I pull off a ps4 ,Killzone mega bundle on launch day for €141 (total with price of traded in games) I'le be laughing my tits off all the way to the bank . If I have to wait till january for my bundle I'le still be laughing my tits off...
