Thanks UZ7, Most people can't afford $200-400 gfx cards, the reason why i have a gtx 750. Unlike some people i have a mortgage to pay every month, which to me is more important than a gtx 770. I apologize for cluttering the thread with this BS, maybe a mod could clean this up....
Running Win 8.1 x64 with i5-2500K@4.5GHz and GTX 770 SC@OC version-stock 347.09WHQL-HQ: default: 15,784 (avg: 72.1 fps; min: 32.8 fps) At min framerate - GTX 770 SC is faster than 670@ref despite same CPU. Only?! wtf! lol SC - superclocked by EVGA is OC version with 1085MHz core.
Yeah, because it has more direct compute power ;P I get same fps cpu 4.7ghz or 4.2ghz @ stock factory OC gpu boost.

Well, the benchmark is provided by Nvidia and Capcom and seems heavely optimized for Nvidia gpu.. This said, this game is not ready to be released outside china, and even in this case, the actual chinese beta seems way different of this benchmark.
Powerboy It only lags on AMD because its rendering nv hairworks on cpu or something like that, kinda if it were Hardware physx based - on AMD gpus rendering it in software mode.. I wouldn't ditch that 7990 just because of this benchmark, unless you have other problems.

my 750ti 1350 or so Had a lot of crashes where it would run other benches or even play bf4 so I think I could do better gtx 970 1500 have to try the higher setting yet
