The 2nd video has actual gameplay, you can see him go about the carrier and also see how some of the ships fly.

Considering the 2014 release timeframe, i'm not quite sure how people wouldn't expect it to look like the trailer.

The thing is that ppl are used to playing console ports on pc's, so they don't know what pc's are actually capable of.

 

Great news that this game has already reached it's target for pledges.

So basically this game has the potential to be the best game ever ... the largest game ever ... a game for the people, made for the people, the best graphics ever ... etc etc etc.

It's a very ambitious project, that's for sure. Just looking at what they are trying to accomplish, but it's like Project Infinity - another title that may take the GOAT title because it's a title that the people want and the designers want to make every dream a reality. Every feature the people want will be included - the story will be as in-depth as you can imagine etc etc - everything the people want. They will get.

I have no idea whether these projects will live up to the hype, but I sure as hell hope so.

I'm excited. I'm pretty sure they will get past $4 million in the next two weeks. I wonder what the "to infinity and beyond" means...

Just reached the $3 million mark!

 

Surpassed the $3.5 million mark! That means we get to decorate our cockpit! The big changes occur at $4 mill, but I don't think there is enough time for $500k in less than 5 days.

 

$3,755,976 with 3 days left. Close to that $4mil mark!

And that $3.75 mil got us another ship, not that that's too exciting.

But that $4 mil mark: 45 missions in Squadron 42! 10 extra levels, would be awesome!

 

Looks like they might reach that $4 million milestone after all. I'm especially intrigued with their "richer storyline" claim. I don't want this game to be repetitive and boring. It must be epic, to a level we haven't experienced. So I'm looking forward to this.

$4mil ensures a lot of things for us gamers. Under $200k left in 3 days. Absolutely doable.
