This if for my GTX 670 FTW (670 with 680 PCB). It may look "wrong" at first glance, but it effectively disables any throttling and locks the card to 1280MHz GPU / 3600MHz RAM in P00/P02.

Seems like a problem with your system overclock. Owned an q9550 and had similar problems, my system responded different on certain video drivers. Besides those memory timings look very low maybe that can cause it. Anyway you can Always revert your video drivers.

    Back on topic:

These drivers work good for me, same performance in crysis 3 as the previous ones. Better performance in tomb raider and overall similar fps in metro2033, farcry3, skyrim, witcher 2 and dishonored.

Thanks alot for sharing. I had tried the same exact settings but with mine the weirdest thing happens when benching or in games. It would go to 1350Mhz core clock (I set it like that like you did with 1280Mhz) but after a few secs jump straight to ****ing 862Mhz and lock there. I don't know WTF that is all about.

    Yeah it was me :)

Tried them again last night on a clean install and the issue is still there. Going off a few more of the comments here these seem like pretty dodgy drivers.

After the first issues which disappeared with my 2nd clean install of these, I still had to go back to 314.22 WHQL in the end, these gave me several BCC 0x124 bsod's, at random moments.

Somethings not quite right yet, but loved the performance though!

    Waiting for next one's :D

Guys, all your bsods happen on Windows 8? Because on Windows 7 I don't have any problems with this set - TR and BF3 single run good. Even in WoT I did not observe CTDs almost for 2 days.

lol so with this driver GF104/114 is prone to Bsod

No Bsod here, only crappy perf. in BF3 and corrupted textures in BlackOps2 (1-2 MP maps)

Tj has it in his head that GF1x0 have hardware _something_.
(he won't elaborate what that something is).
And that Nvidia cheaped out with smaller Fermis by making that same "something" work in software, and screwed up in the process.

In his mind that's why GF1x4 are prone to bugs, TDR(!) and whatnot.
NVM the fact that GTX 460/560 are most popular cards. By far.

I did have my usual undervolt on my 460 when BSOD-ing. Now running stock

I am 50/50 on this -> Bad driver vs Other reasons

@qwato Yeah sure. Is possible. I wouldn't bet though ;)

A 124 bsod code is usually related to driver instabilities, unfortunately I am not allowed to post a link where you can find that piece of info. I can pm it if you want.

To be more specific a driver video related error gives you codes which looks like:

    0x00000093
    0x000000AB
    0x000000B4
    0x000000EA

PS You guys might see double posts because I am not sure when a post is getting admitted or not due to reference of other websites.

yep and this something is spot on (switches, resistors, p-states, voltage regulators), otherwise it would act the same as GF110. You said everything is the same and nothing is left out.. Well guess not :p

Who cares if its "most popular" gpu, its the end results that matter and those are questionable, still ;)

Anyway Im sure we both agree R320 is a disaster, nvidia bring on R325!

You do realize Nvidia does issue specific fixes for specific models of cards right? Some of them to fix either graphical errors or blackscreen/crashing.

    Of course I know that
I even sometimes read Release Notes PDF :)

    @Tj
The end result is that my questionable (! LOL) GF104 hasn't have TDR, BSOD or CTD in ages.
That is until yesterday. So how come, if it's just another sloppy GF104, and I have used pretty much every single driver since 258.xx.

Yet your GTX 570 is TDR-ing are all over the Internet [IMG]

320.00 is a good performance driver. I have heard ppl complaining about game specific issues, but I would not call it disaster.
    325.xx WHQL? Yes plx

Is it? not mine though, just like yours apparently until now, and yet all other 460/560 TI TDR'd, still are like mad xD, touche.

320.00 is not a perf. driver, 314.22 is. Unless you mean some generic benchmark boosts and small tweak in TR..

    Edit:
And yes i think its a disaster because it has all these 460/560GTX issues with flash and in normal daily usage, such bugs are not acceptable in public beta., plus some gfx bugs in BF3 - mostly with GK104.
