if you can stretch your budget a little look at the 7950 at newegg. some are under $200 after rebate

I'm not going to recommend the 7950, but I'll pick you a good one out of the ones on Newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202026

$199.99 after rebate, I know it's a bit more than you can afford, but other's said it's the best choice in around your budget so... ;)

EDIT: I can't believe you guys are recommending an AMD card in the nVidia section, kinky :p

price constraints, a 650ti boost is an ok card but the 7950 is the better value. I would of recommended a 760 but they are more expensive than the 7950

Going by Newegg prices, you could get HD 7870 (similar to GTX 660, faster than GTX 650 Ti Boost) for 160$ AR or PowerColor HD 7950 PCS+ for 180$ AR.

Closest match from NVIDIA would be GTX 660 starting at 167$ AR. Non reference version for 179$, which is bad bang 4 buck considering 7950 costs the same.

He must have mistaken 7950 with 7850 p:

Hell has frozen over. But at the price that you can pick a 7950 up for now it would be dumb not to.

Meh, it was always a good card and that's why I was recommending it in the past. I did promise to myself I won't do that anymore, because it upset a few people. Anyway, OP get back to us and if you can't afford a 7950, gurus will help you out with something more suited for your budget

Literally just got a GTX 760 this week. It's a great price/performance pick if you want to go with NVidia.

Are you still thinking about crossfire? Or will the new 290X tempt you?

7950 is much faster than 760 when both are overclocked.:)
