Just found out I could hit 4ghz with under 1.3 volts on my xeon while being completely stable. I'm happy lol:)

    400th post wooooooooooooo

Hey cats, i Left this rig in Dec, but just talked with the kids & it's running fine. it's only air cooled but at Least it's inside with them & they use A/C. below shuLd be an image of my vaLidator. My question is, how much higher could i have gone on air without sacrificing durability, and does my HT speed Look Like it's in order? FSB overclocks seem to require tuning the PCI multiplier to keep peripherals performing at their top outpts. Any advice wouLd be greatly appreciated!

    Lol

You've just quoted a post from over two years ago, no doubt Bodar killed that chip long ago lol

It was after all in extreme overclocking run, no doubt using LN2 to cool it.

While first-time running CPU-Z I had a warning come up that my northbridge voltage had dropped to zero volts instead of 1.118 like it usually is. Has anyone else seen this warning, or know what causes it?

Probably just a software error as I doubt anything would be running without any voltage.

Ok I ran it a second time and this time it said the southbridge voltage was low, but not 0 like above.

What I find interesting is my clock multiplier keeps fluctuating between 7.0x and 18.0x anyone else get this? (Core speed goes from ~1400 to ~3600MHz but only briefly each time... I'm hoping this isn't an issue)

Here is my recent project. From an Antec902 air cooled w/ a REV.B Megahalem to a Xigmatek and EK water cooling.

with this voltage, (-0.045 offset) and with the H110 cooler, im sure i could go higher, but i was getting tired of testing and wanted to play some games :)
