Ok... here's a question for everyone, or more likely anyone who might know.

Does anybody know of some kind of 2-pin connectors that could be somehow attached to the 2-pin LED wires that the Cosmos II has so that the LED's can be turned on and off if the fan supports it? I took the two screws out of the spots that hold the top panel in place with the buttons and the frontside connections, but it seems they glued every wire in place... which kinda makes sense. I was thinking maybe rather than unplugging them, which would be a royal pain in the arse, maybe there's some way i can connect a second plug to the ends, right up near the top edge of the back panel, so that if i DO happen to get more fans with LED leads (though i doubt it), i can just plug another wire in and connect it, rather than having a nest of wires just zip-tied to the back of the motherboard tray. May not seem like much, but it basically has support for 10 fans... so two wires per fan, that's 18 wires right now that aren't doing a damn thing but taking up space and looking sh*tty.

take a look through this - maybe you'll find something that works.

looks pretty good imo - first thing that comes to mind would be the fan cables showing, if you rotate your fans 180 degrees you could get the wires out of sight.

Yea... i'll probably have to go to Radio Shack or something and see what they have. Maybe i can even find something kinda like the little brick Asus provides with their motherboards for the power/reset/LED/etc... connections. I dunno. Just find it odd that CM didn't think of something better than throwing in 10 pairs of wires for LED's that are long enough to basically reach anywhere you could possibly want them inside the case.... yet provide only one LED fan on the front.

Nice! :D Have you thought about upgrading them 4890's? They still pack a punch I bet, but the new 7xxx series is starting to come out more and more, and even the 5xxx and 6xxx cards are going down in price.

I have thought about changing up to some newer cards, be it xFire or SLI. But as you said the TriFire 4890's still kill every game max settings on my 26" screen so can't really justify spending the money atm. Having said that if someone wanted to buy these three off me I would gladly move to newer cards lol.

well, i don't think it's necessarily BAD... but i don't see why you wouldn't cool what's more than likely the coolest running piece of hardware first.

wow.... can't believe i didn't notice that, either. No idea why someone wouldn't use DVI, HDMI, or DisplayPort, especially with that kind of rig.
