Help - Which GPU to finish off my build?

MSI AMD R9 290 GAMING TWIN FROZR 4GB or MSI GeForce GTX 770 Twin Frozr

I have bought all my parts for my new PC but having to wait for pre-order of the GTX 770 which I may cancel.
Iv'e looked online and the R9 290 is upto 20% faster. The GTX 770 is £310 to buy and the R9 290 is £357. I have had both Nvidia and ATI cards in the past and never had a problem with either and the same with drivers albeit they were crap cards but still.
MSI GeForce GTX 770 Twin Frozr has good reviews, runs cool and performs amongst the best 3rd party custom cooler setups. I don't see any reviews, hands on footage of this MSI R9 290 :|

There is all the new things like shadowplayer, g-sync, mantel etc.... What's the best choice and why. It's either out of these two to finally complete my system and last me hopefully at-leas 5yrs. I will be using my 24" BenQ 1ms 1080p monitor. That may change ....in the future.
I play battlefields 2/3/4, ARMA 2/3, all CODS, Crysis games, GRID 2, DiRTs and many more.

    PC Parts: Seasonic Platinum 760W Asus Z87-PRO Intel Core i7-4770K Noctua NH-U12S G-Skill 8GB Ripjaws X 2133 Samsung 840 EVO

These two are not in the same performance level. 290 competes directly with 780 (280x with 770). Out of the two the 290 will give you the most performance and will be the obvious choice alongside mantle.

Can that be used whilst just using the standard jack from the back of the motherboard? I will be using a microlabs 2.1 speaker system. Just change the device audio output?
Or is that over HDMI etc?

TrueAudio is a sound processor and is independent of the soundcard which provides output. It's like a dedicated CPU which can do some of the audio processing, whereas your soundcard is a digital-to-analog converter basically.
So yeah, you can use trueaudio with onboard sound, or a soundcard, or over hdmi from the GPU.

Changed my order dis-morning to the R9 290. Hopefully my new PC lasts me a long time, I'd imagine it should, PC Gaming really is dying, atleast the games I play, less players all the time. They all got PS4's?!
