Well, the smaller it is, the better for me. The tablets I mean. IPad mini, nexus 7, looks like note 8.0 size is just great. But in windows side, small tablets are hard to find I guess , only Acer w511 with 3g is in 10.1 form. And it is atom cpu with full windows 8os. Not windows rt. I, thinking to get it but must make more and more research before buying. The thing is will it be slow? Videos about it on YouTube looks like it is not slow. Yeah it is not a i3 cpu Tec but will deal with any tablet functions inguess. And a w8 tablet is a very useful tablet hu?
The Surface RT isn't bad if you just want a basic Windows tablet. If you want to be able to install normal Windows apps then get the Surface Pro. I really want one but I'm going to wait until the next version comes out.
windows 8/rt currently doesnt support 7" tablets, they are all 10" or bigger im waiting for second gen surface rt, too
Small tablets are expected soon. The Blue updates added support for them so it's only a matter of time.
Waiting for Surface Pro (which can run normal desktop apps), check it out and then think more about buying something. I want something laptop - tablet hybrid which you could actually use to do something.
There are a few Tablets even at 10.1 form. and at 11" i5 CPU with W8 pro. The W8 starter with Atom Dual core version is the 10.1. No need to wait for MS's tablet.
According to reviews current atom cpu is very power efficient equal and abit powerful than the tegra competition. I have Lenovo yoga 11 windows rt with tegra on it. Very fluent and runswindows market gsmes very good. As rt you cant gamenormal games. I also recently got a Lenovo yoga 13 which is i5 intel hd 4000 on it windows pro. Can play selected low end titles just fine. But as it is 13" it is a bit big.
