Hey guys just bought the Deus Ex Bundle + Titan Quest one on Steam  Cause i love System Shock Series and i never played Deus Ex before :3eyes: so my question right now is, are there any good HD Texture Mods available that you would recommend me? The only thing im done right now was downloading the newest OpenGL.dll but didn't work either so i downloaded the DirectX8r10.dll and that works. Funny but my old UT G.O.T.Y is modded to the teeth and i got no problems there with the OpenGL.dll + the S3TC Patch. Just 4 info: Found a DirectX 10 Renderer for some UT Engine Based Games, works really well CLICK
For starters, get this community patch for Titan Quest. http://www.titanquest.net/tq-forum/threads/29712-REL-Bugfix-patch-1.17 As for Deus Ex, none of it's graphics enhancement mods are really done. The two main ones have beta releases however, which you can find at the following. http://www.moddb.com/mods/deus-ex-new-vision http://www.moddb.com/mods/project-hdtp
Here is a really good step-by-step guide to bring Deus Ex a little closer to modern graphical standards: Deus Ex on modern systems
Tx, I'm thinking about reinstalling it...haven't played for years... Gtfo...it supports DX10?? Damn dude nice find ...+rep to you
if you had read my topic you maybe have noticed that i already found that site and edited it in sure it is np here + New Visions Pack with 8xAA + 16xAF
Oops. I don't know how I just looked over that last sentence. Anyways, it runs really well from what I've tested. I'm only about an hour into the game after applying the updates though, so I haven't exactly done any extensive testing.
here my bit optimized deusex.ini if anyone wants to try put it in your My Documents Folder e.g. (E:\.Private\Documents\Deus Ex\System) Spoiler Protocol=deusex ProtocolDescriptio...g to work but nevertheless looks not that bad
umodded you could choose between DX6 or DX7 don't remember and OpenGL yeah, but it errors out for me so i choosen DX10 which works pretty well. Alternative Renderers <- try that site if you want to choose OpenGL
