There is nothing good that can happen when a nonstick cooking thread leads to a nonstick pooping thread.
You're right....this thread can only go downhill at this rate.... But at least the hill will be non-stick as well!!!!
Sykozis, I pm'd you. But what really sucks though, is when you go all out for a girl cook her a meal and all and while your eating she tells you how she wished her boyfriend would cook for her more often, it's like when you woke up that morning your sub-conscience thought you and disappointment should hang out more often.
I'd use one, but I have always been skeptical of using one. Reason why, is because I watched a study of them some years back, and it turns out the toxicity of the coating they used back then could be cancerous. Not to sure what the new ones are like, but I remain skeptical. Can anyone shed some light on this. Besides. Cast iron FTW.
Are you talking about Skyrim and Medieval armor or non stick pans. So turrrnns out...i may have made the  thing up.
She must of been cooking on teflon pan while her pet parrot was in he room when a Big Bird t-shirt wearing Jamie Oliver jumped out of giant zip lock bag (which has the same stealth giving properties as Harry Potter's invisibility cloak) and threw a Tefal pan at her.
Obviously not marriage material as it clearly looks as though she's not very good at following instructions.
When cooking, excessive heat causes the pan to essentially "sweat out" the teflon coating causing it to be absorbed into the food. Teflon is rather toxic...but thanks to Chevron, we breath in fumes from it constantly as it's used in their gasolines. How toxic it is depends on concentration as is the case with most, if not all, chemicals. The higher the concentration, the more toxic it becomes.
Non-stick is good for eggs but nothing else. The brown stuff that sticks to the pan is flavor and important for pan sauces and such.
I'm a Chef by trade, and the modern non stick pans are pretty decent! The Tefal range especially.... The main reason in the past for then being crap was the fact they were poor heat conductors and the teflon non stick layer lasted about 3days, then started to peel.... But nowa days, they are pretty decent, and for home cooking i'd recommend them over the majority of other pans... I will say your really cheap non sticks are sheite though, you get what you pay for in most cases
People use other than teflon (or other equivalent) pans? I always put canola oil on it before frying anything on it. The non sticky material isn't THAT good.
