So the 7990 manages 45 fps at 4k res. That's pretty damn good.

Is it me or settings on High looks better? I downloaded the pictures and I can hardly see a difference however I do see High is better.

    Interesting...

Nice review, makes me glad I play in "normal" resolutions with no real fuss with AA settings. Judging from this review and many others, super-high gaming resolutions are just not really realistic even in 2013...

I've noticed that too. seems the price has raised in excess of $200.

wouldn't say mopping the floor, but sure, the 7990 is tanking it, 690 has nothing on it. single gpu performance is pretty even though.

I find this type of articles helpful to see how things are going and what gpu upgrade would be good to me. There´s also always some line like "Origin (that Steam like distribution platform)" that just makes my nerdy day. :nerd:

Nvidias driver team have their work cut out for them. 7950 > gtx770 @ 1920x1200?

ah, only just noticed that. weird that the 770 also loses to 680.

One thing. When the 7950 launched, it was roughly on par with the gtx 580. now look at it. the 580 scores 37fps and 7950 62. that's a big difference which happened purely in drivers. (1200p). People saying AMD drivers suck should think again.

Ah.. didnt notice the 680. In that case, maybe typo or glitch in the bench?

I'll have a look at the 680 again tomorrow, could be a typo.

Update: there was a typo in the 770 result (which you compared the 680 to), that has been updated.
