If its an "EA issue" then why does another certain program work fine with it?

Just saying turn it off is not right. Some games require it.

If it is "not EA issue" why the same happens with Playclaw, EVGA's "in-house" EPX 15 / 16 and so on"? I'd really like to avoid useless discussion, sorry. Ask EA programmers.

Because it ISN'T an EA issue. EVGA fixed this issue with Precision. Look at the latest notes.

Instead of placing blame elsewhere why dont you look at yourself.

Why don't you try to learn and get at least a bit of knowledge in this area instead of giving "smart" and aggressive comments?
Origin's incompatibility with third party overlays IS ABSOLUTELY EA issue, it is coded that way on purpose from EA side and it is up to them to fix it. The only way to "fix" it is to fool EA's third party overlay detection, which is causing issues. That can be done by starting RTSS after Origin overlay is launched, that's easily achieved with RTSS blocking hotkeys. That's what EVGA "fixed" in the latest build as well, "their" server is explicitly detecting Origin overlay DLL loaded in the process address space and add delay to startup to allow Origin start first.
Take it as the first and the last warning, one more posting in such tone and you'll leave this place forever. I don't need aggressive and impolite EVGA fanboys here.

How about reading at least a bit instead of coming here with insults? Quote from RTSS 6.3.0 readme. Special for you, blind, impolite boy:

    • Added delayed injection technology support to hooking engine. Delayed injection is aimed to bypass On-Screen Display exclusivity check implemented in some other On-Screen Display applications (e.g. 64-bit Steam Overlay) and prevent such applications from blocking their On-Screen Display functionality. Delayed injection engine is user configurable so power user may extend the list of DLL modules triggering delayed injection mechanism and adjust the delay. Currently the delayed injection is triggered by 64-bit Steam overlay and 64-bit Origin In-Game overlay libraries and injection delay is set to 15 seconds if those libraries are loaded in the application address space

    Get your ban, bye.
