Let's hope it's FlatOut. If it is, i hope they go back to the roots with this title, i mean FO1 and FO2 gameplay, new cars, tracks and shiny graphics.
Now on Kickstarter: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1470493497/next-car-game-a-motorsport-with-attitude I have to say, those crash tech demos look sweeeet. This also looks promising:
It definitely looks like it's close to FO1 in terms of style. I had blast with FO UC (which is FO2 with better graphics) even though I still think FO1 was better.
No - I want to go back to single card. I still got rather nice amount of €€€ out of them. I'm waiting for custom Radeon 290/290X's before I make final decision what to get. I don't have much time to play now since I'm busy with my thesis.
By the way, they have now over collected over 500K which is way more than the original kickstarter goal.
Now available via Steam early access. The physics and destruction are amazing http://store.steampowered.com/news/12222/
Yep agree with that for sure! Grabbed my copy over the weekend! At the very least, if they can polish it up and make some solid tracks and a bowl it'll be like a modern day Destruction Derby for me. They could take it to the next level with unique modes and multiplayer, but we'll see.
Mulitplayer is already confirmed and I wouldn't be surprised if we see the stunt mode back from flatout UC
They've already included a big open map with several stunts and varying methods of destroying your car, so you could be right there, really is a good showcase for the destruction physics, can literally turn your car into a mangled mess that no longer drives EDIT: Link to the sneak peak http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CS1lVEXUnTI
I am hesitant on purchasing this as much as actually want to! I am just not sold on the whole Early Access thing considering your paying for what is essentially an incomplete product. Feel free to convince me other wise as I own all the other FlatOut games (except 3 which was mean't to be bad anyways).
