Well you guys got me excited about this game. I'll try the demo tonight with my DFGT.
BTW @Mr.Bigtime what do you mean by MESS ?

 

alot of STUFF lying around. or how u call it. cables, steering wheel, clutch, pedals.. wife is complaining man.

anyway, my receiver just arrived . if it works iam gonna use xbox360 steering wheel. or wireless steering wheel. i think i cant be very suitable with wireless one as it is motions sensor. long road driving may be hard wit hit i mean.

 

I have xbox wireless steering wheel and it works fine with the dongle in F1, let me know how it works with this

iam pretty sure it will work, but wont be comfortable? i presume. long distance driving with ur two hands r holding this in the air? must be hard? or not?

 

The great thing about the demo is that your profile and progress carry over to the actual game should you choose to buy it.

 

Very nice! Though if I like it, I'll probably wait for a price drop.

i jusr came home to test my receiver for xbox360, but nope. The wireless steering wheel 360 doenst work with this game. at least for me. nor Most wanted or Hot pursuit. R1 and L1 works but..maybe i need drivers?

 

Thats a shame. I will download demo tonight and try with mine. As far as i remember i simply plugged dongle in and windows downloaded the drivers. Worked straight away, but maybe game doesnt support it

besides normal Xbox360 steering wheel works like a charm!

But i need a config for a proper usage. it reacts too quick .what is the option for it? and make ir higher or lower please?

There are upgrades both exterior and interior like new type of mirros etc. im lvl 5 for now. most are available when you are lvl 10 and lvl 20+ i guess.

maybe later you can unlock GPS etc? dont know.

i just know:

- Other drivers are breaking the LAW! :nerd:. Over speeding. Wrong Laneing, red light passing, Roads are full of traps like it happens in real life. :wanker:
- With Steering wheel which i use now: Xbox360 ; game is really more playable than xbox360 gamepad. maybe thats me

- iam stuttering all over the place when i mostly move my HEAD right to left etc. yesterday it was OKAY. i started to use TRACKIR4 , maybe thats the reason? or fragmentation of HDD? maybe. i lowered the visuals still same



EDIT: interesting. TRIED Wireless Speed Wheel and now it works on HOT PURSUIT. will try it on this now


EDIT 2: i have no idea what happened but MS Xbox360 Wireless SPeed Wheel works with the game ..Awesome!!

i followed a steam guide, which i used nvidia inspector and created a profile. now i can use 4x super sampling and 4x multi sampling something.

i also disabled in game AA and scaling to 100%.

 

What are your setting for the wheel? mine worked, but it was far from playable!

 

which wheel?

1- Wireless Steering wheel of MS
or
2- Wireless Speed Wheel of MS

Well both Default but just the sensitive of steering is just in the middle. dead zone is like %20

 

great game! i love scania trucks! and i can't wait til i get myself an R620! woot!

 

i cant seem like work MODs..dont know why. i put files to mod folder but..nope. nope working.

 

Can you pick up hitchhikers, now that would be good.
