The linked drivers here take me to the 14.7 RC1 AMD page--which AMD put up July/10/14. I've been running them for a month. Eh? (These are not new drivers--at least, not the ones the G3D link currently is displaying.)

Yep--these are the drivers I downloaded on 7/13/14--it's weird. The link on the Rage3d site listing the 14.7's has been changed back to an AMD page showing the 14.4's (title of the thread still says 14.7RC1, however.)...!

Guys, somebody at AMD is playing fast and loose with urls...;) These are *old* drivers....Haven't seen this before...!

Where the "RC3" came from I have no idea at all...!

Edit: Judging by all of the posts made subsequent to this I guess it's true what they say about leading the horse to water... Does no one care that AMD released these betas more than 30 days ago? (I guess not.)

One Day Later: I boot up this morning to a Catalyst notification taking me to the 8/12 RC3 driver page...that did not exist yesterday. Very strange. Anyway, I now have the actual 14.7RC3's, for what it's worth...

Already exsists, its in the Gaming Evolved app. 20 minute buffer, works Windowed and works with Xfire.

I did not say they do not work for me... But sometimes (especially on faces) I see artifacts, but they are not present in this drivers, will test State of Decay next..

i gotta check that out then , i knew raptr recorded but didn´t knew it had a buffer option , and that is the main reason why i use fraps.
    is the buffer size adjustable?

thanks for that info, i tryed raptr sometime ago but it had nothing like that , gotta try it now again, i´ll report later on my experience.

BTW, that link leads nowhere, just a black page on Raptr site, i can look up the info myself but its just a heads up.

  12. Making custom resolutions is easy. Use Toasty-X's CRU utility.

I gotta say that my next card will -definitely- be a nvidia card. I've experienced a lot of bs with nvidia before but never as bad as what I've seeing for 6+ months. This is another driver with mundane fixes or improvements while real stuff remains broken. I honestly have no idea what their driver team is doing.

That's probably why CCC devs prefer nvidia :p https://twitter.com/CatalystMaker/status/438180618493779968

    uummm...

you realize this a not a WHQL right?

if you dont like broken things, stick with WHQL.

State of Decay is still broken with this drivers, artifacts and texture corruption all over the place, also sometimes in other dx9 games too, back to 14.4 and I will just wait for nVidia gtx 860/870 4gb.

Sticking with 14.4 unless the black screen bug is confirmed fixed.

I'm still on 14.2, they seem to work well for BF4 which is all I play lately. Any point in downloading these newer version?
