So nVidia is to blame for the crappy overclocking... Hmmmm, even said, this thing was faster than titan in some cases. I'm interested to see what AMD's 9XXX will bring.

i think Nvidia is going down the drain. AMD will be y next choice cause you can overclock it as much as you want I hope

Even for a gimped Titan, that's still a nice overclock. But I have personally seen a few of these cards hit upwards of 1385MHz on water using EVBOT. So I know it's doable.

The 780 Classified uses Samsung chips. :)

Thanks for nice review as always..

I think for Nvidia next logical step it would be to release updated bioses with different voltage limitation right after AMD releases new cards. At least for top GTX cards :)

Man owing a Titan would be just, well dumb.

The 780 for the most part is equal to performance. Infact it shows gaming wise to be faster then the Titan.. Im guessing newer driver's and newer bio's and faster clocks would do that but still.. To pay an extra 300 bucks... Be like Me buying a FX9590 just to say i had one.

I just can't understand why EVGA would make such a cheap-looking card.
A little carbon fiber tape would go a long way in prettying up this thing.
It's even worse that EVGA, once again, cheaped out by adding no backplate.
Not even on my pair of Titans.
With the economy the way it is, little things like appearance and lack of accessories could keep some people from buying these cards.
Me, for instance. I'm already collecting parts for my next build and EVGA just ain't on my go-to list for vga's any longer. Not until they pull their heads from their, um, wallets, (yeah, that's close enough) and give us "for value received."
Being greedy during a weak economy works at home. Not the market place.
Other than that, this is a great card. I expect no less from EVGA's vga's.

NVidia has been very unfaire lately with limitations on enthusiasts and passing midrange cards as high end. my next upgrade will most likely be amd since they seem to be playing fair with consumers

A shame the MSI Lightning wasn't included in the charts for comparisons.
