    There's Nano for 349 € but I don't think it's worth it. Only 4GB vram and people are reporting coil whine issues. It's also noisier and hotter. It's not semi passive and doesn't have hardware VP9 decoding. It's also 50 € more expensive and actually slower in games that I play at least.

    I got nano cause it will be a beast in future games and fast enough with DX11. 4GB is enough as u might have read in game tests.

    Hmm You can customize BIOS the way you like for Nano
    Easily 1080/570 with 220tW ! and if you have good Chassis it will stay inder 70deg.

    And in Game it will be an Monster :nerd:

    Good price you have for it BTW.

    You just don't overclock the Nano with the stock cooler. Undervolting would be the best option i.e. trying to prevent from throttling. <70c is not realistic at all and even less so when overclocked. It would be noisy.

    Tomb Raider is already hitting the 4GB wall easily, so is Mirror's Edge. If I buy a card now it sure as hell is not a 4GB version.

    yet mirrors edge is working better with Fury X 4GB than 390x 8GB at 4K

    I cant see memory problems ar all..

    Dunno man. Depending on the resolution that Nano could prove a monster. It's surely better than the 480/1060.

    In Doom using Vulcan Fury/Nano beats 480/1060 by a nice margin. It packs quite a bit more power indeed.

    It all depends on the resolution and games you gonna be playing.

    I don't know what settings you use but I assume these benchmarks are accurate: http://www.gamersnexus.net/game-ben...st-graphics-card-benchmark-gtx-1080-1070-390x
    As far as I know, hyper will rape any 4GB card out there.

    If you think it's going to be enough for you then great. 4GB wasn't enough for me.

    That depends on what games you play. 4GB is potentially going to cause issues in the future since the VRAM usage is only going up.

    I though it was running on Frostbyte which should be DX12.

    Problem is that Hyper settings in Mirror's Edge is too much for any midrange card. Digital Foundry did a nice test between 970 and 390. On nvidia card Hyper settings was a slideshow (due Vram) while 390 was pushing higher fps but still high 30's lower 40's.

    You'll need more GPU power and something like 1070 for that 60fps.

    So nano is mid range now?

    No, i meant 480 and 1060 that wont have enough GPU power while Nano have enough GPU power but not enough Vram.

    Drawbacks everywhere... ;)

    Oh I see. He was pointing out the 4GB limitation with those benches though. The FuryX and 970 both could not play Catalyst on hyper but anything 6GB+ could. Look in that game you can get away with playing at 30 FPS so anything in the 40's is playable. The 390X was playable.

    And I agree the 480 and 1060 can't use 8 and 6Gb respectively but can use more than 4 and 3GB. The Fiji cards were held back looks like by HBM1's 4GB limit.

    That is what i was always saying for 390 and now 480. Even if it cant use all 8GB effectively it can still use atleast 5-6gb before it runs out of GPU power. Still better than 4GB.

    Yeah, the Benchmark Thinking is the sole Problem with ppl
    They just blindly believe what they read :bang:

    HBM is not a problem Now and it won't be in near (3-4 Years) future - Period.

    @Anarion
    As for OC with Undervolt go there and read -> http://www.overclock.net/t/1547314/official-amd-r9-radeon-fury-nano-x-pro-duo-fiji-owners-club/0_50

    And some BIOS Moding Help -> http://www.overclock.net/t/1592384/fiji-bios-editing-fury-fury-x-nano-radeon-pro-duo/0_50

    I think, you'll be Most pleased with Fiji now and in the future :)
    But as always it's My Opinion.

    Best for the Money?
    Fury -> Nano or Nitro (Mantle/DX12/Vulcan)
    GTX -> 1070 or 980Ti (Good DX11 Perf.)
