    I think its either the Thermalrite Silver Arrow or the Dark Rock Pro 2. That Phanteks PH-TC14PE is right up there too I think.

    You need to put that cpu under water to watch it really fly, Reckon 4.6 HT on fully stable.

    Noctua NH-D14, paired with Liquid Metal Ultra it is on par and better in some test then the h100, not sure on the h100i, have not seen any comparative tests for it yet.

    My NH-C12P SE14 (W/mx-4) was better than my Kulher 620 (stock) After I added 2 NF-F12's and Liquid Ultra the 620 did a lot better. So no matter what you get you can increase performance by changing the tim and fans.

    Money wise a Kuhler 620 for $60 and some good tim will be a improvement over a air cooler.
