    Nothing against GK110 .. If the card perform where it should i will buy one, if the price is not 15-25% more here... its just about the rumors.

    Like i have said allready, this make 10 years before a launch we have the same things the same rumors mills. each time a site is putting preorder of cards with or without insaneous prices.. it was like that for the 2012 launch of the 7970 and the 680, it was like that with the Fermi and the Cypress. etc etc.. For the 680 launch, one week before we had 4 differents spec..

    We are used to get false spec, false price, false screenshoots, false benchmarks etc etc.. The most funny is sometimes there's some right infos in the middle lol.

    Performance will be just monstrous, but 899$ price is quite an overkill. I personally don't think that performance justifies this price. especially not for some1 who's gaming @ 1080p. This is only justified for surround gaming or enthusiasts who have more money than brain.
    As for me, i would never pay more than 450-500£ for a video card (as i guess GK-110 will be selling for like 700-800£ once it reaches UK/Europe).
    The only good thing (hopefully) GK104 prices might drop a little bit (might go for an SLI 680's then).

    Performance at the listed clocks will just about match a GTX 680 at 1200+ boost clocks. Do the math folks.

    Still waiting for that 512 bit GDDR5 bus they already promised us for nVidia's GT300...wow, that was over three years ago lol. That one should be on Maxwell, amirite?

    Better yet the XDR2 RAM on the AMD series. If I had a dollar for every wrong rumor posted on this forum I'd be able to buy a Titan.

    Yeah, and while i do enjoy these rumour threads i rarley take proper notice of them until i see something official.

    I personally would like one, but for 2012 and 2013 games, things like UE4 won't be out until at least next year and by then Maxwell will be out which will be faster and cheaper than this.
    Whether i can justify spending £7-800 on a GPU when i have gamed for a total of 6 hours in the last 2 months is debatable though, but i do like new toys lol.

    ha ha, yes i dont know if you remember but someone have try relaunch this 3 months ago, when thinking the AMD 8970 will come in december.

    Anyway on this case, we know the GK110 through the Tesla K20 series. but we know too how low the core have been clocked for maintain a certain TDP, so is Nvidia will use chips who have not meet the qualifications on Tesla K20 and the K20x, use less SP for achieve high clock is really only the debate.

    GB of ram.. well, i dont think they should be most debate or a problem if the card come with 3 or 6GB.. On Tesla it is needed to go on 5 and 6GB ( K20 and K20x ) because 11-12.5% of the total amount of GDDR5 is used by the Error correction controller.. so basically you have only 5Gb available on the K20x and 4GB usable on the K20.. If they have use 3Gb, only 2Gb will have been usable ( completely ridicule on a Tesla part ).

    Look guys clock per clock titan will be theoretically 50% faster than 680.:3eyes:
    So, as 680 is on 1006mhz range, titan stock vs 680 will not be so...big :) :(
    I hope this 732 core from Tesla is a lie, it's not good, no good at all.
    That will break the rumors of 690 or 670 sli or 680sli, not even close at 85%.

    with my calculations titan at 732 core will be up to ~41.5% faster than 680 at 1006

    1006 -> 732~28%
    732 -> 1006~38%
    38%+28%/2~33%
    33%+50%~83%
    83*50%~41.5%
