Sometimes they come from AMD like this one, other times from AIBs, the only thing I "mod" is adding support for cards that aren't listed for example mobility cards.
Feel free to check here for every driver I posted in this forum, you won't find one fake driver.
And no I don't have any release notes, if I did I would have posted them.
