Everything in the shots looks exactly like low settings on Frostbite 1. Trees are blobs and shadows down-sampled to oblivion.

 

fraps makes that black background in a lot of games. Doesn't mean its fake.

 

The "510 FPS" looks fake ... Anyway, i don't really care that much about the graphics, although i gotta say the single player graphics are stunning, it's all about the multiplayer gameplay for me

 

Only time I've ever seen that background is when fps is displayed on the desktop with Aero.
I'm looking at the fps counter right now on my 2nd monitor with F: NV running, and there is def no black background.

 

Screenshots are real, but EA has removed them from the source. 510 fps... engine is well optimized for PC

It sometimes turns black when taking a screenshot.

 

Using FRAPS with BC2 gives me a black background.

Something to do with overlays+punkbuster.

 

it makes a black background if you play in dx10/dx11.

But i agree distant threes and filtering looks $hit.. so if that's on low then i'll allow it lol:nerd:

 

Okay I digress, maybe it's not fake, after all I haven't used fraps in DX11 due to my card being slightly, err "handicapped" in the DX11 department.............but then again it could be fake....

 

the screens don't look that good, but i trust that either is on low either the graphics settings don't work.

 

Just tried Low settings in bad company 2, trees and overall look are exactly the same as in the screen shots, looks pretty legit. Though I didnt get 510fps with settings, it was very high, .

I have no worries about being able to run on my current setup. If not an extra 560 ti couldnt hurt.

Its the battlelog login screen which someone posted pics of on the other page.

Looks like it uses origin/ea accounts to log in.

hopfully they will open it up for some select origin users

I´ll guess that the alpha is only a RUSH map, and that 64 player is limited to conquest.
