Hello all!
I've found a temporary solution for high Overdrive 2D clocks problem and single monitor users!
I've loaded my bios with Radeon Bios Editor 1.25 and I've found that exist 2x3 profiles/groups of bios powersaving state.
01->02->03 (Catalyst 10.4 with my card) and 05->06->03 (Catalyst 10.5).
Modified "Clock info 05" lines, now I've 200/300MHz (or 157 or 180 etc) with 0.95v!

I will not be held responsible for any damage to your card that occurs as a direct or indirect result of performing this mod. Please note that performing this mod automatically voids your card's warranty.
