Sounds about right I think. Here are the links to both in the order in which they should be installed:

Remember, these will also patch the game to v1.32, which is not as recent as the latest 32-bit version. However, since all patches after 1.32 are only to do with multiplayer, this shouldn't matter. And just to be clear, you do NOT need any other patches except these two for 64-bit Far Cry.
