It uses way less power. I generates way less heat. And it is way faster then HDD. edit: Oh and i almost forgot .. it makes no sound ;)

Try with 'clean install' flagged. It will fail again, reboot your system, and install again. It worked for me.
Same here. 1st try (clean install) driver failed to install. After i rebooted my res was at low and install went fine.
For mainly gaming i wouldnt upgrade at all. (i cant think of any advantage) And in my opinion internal soundcards can be good, but not better...
