Had the same upgrade decision as well and decided...

Had the same upgrade decision as well and decided to upgrade my intel 520 120gb ssd OS drive to a samsung 840 pro 250gb ssd, glad i went with a larger ssd than more ram:)

Hi, I have tried them in and out and did not see any change in cooling performance, so i have left the 2x200mm fan in the case.
