You bundled some old Alchemy version 1.43.06.. And this one is broken in Fear Combat.
Latest is 1.43.28.

Then why is it super smooth with 314.09 titan driver? not a single hickup by streaming parts, also no sudden mili second fps drops time to time.

Idk maybe it can since its gfx based (aero, etc), that's why I never force any power plan in global profile, only per game profile. :)

In MP menu where you see the character I got 60-62fps with 314.22 driver, with this 320.14 its 66-68fps., in both cases max gpu usage..
