What kind of memory? my 7950 has hynix and it likes high clocks, havent test it for max clock but i set it to 1600 on gaming and 1700 on benchmarks. Doesn't really make a big impact so I wouldn't...

The 7870 is a good card and its sometimes dubbed...

The 7870 is a good card and its sometimes dubbed as 7930 but in terms of price/performance the 7950 takes it as well as overclocking capability.

The extra ram will also help with those resolutions...

I thought it auto sets back to default when you reboot, unless you have "start on boot"
