I've just edited my developer branch .. it now says preview 6 so even if I forget to update it, it will still be correct come next release.

I've updated the 2.0 beta to preview 5 - this adds a smaller 3x5 font to the ascii shader which allows for even finer details.

I'm still tweaking the character set for that one but the current one...

It turned out to be really tricky to get to work right but after a LOT of builds...

No quick fix right now, and Reshade can't analyze the depth buffer and flip it, but I can include an option in the shader settings to flip the depth buffer coordinates.

Set it too low and it detects every single pixel on the screen as being part of an edge .. which makes SMAA take a much larger performance hit and the antialiasing doesn't work.

Besides the more obvious stuff that Depth Buffer access enables, it also enables the ability to use SMAA Predication.

#define SMAA_PREDICATION 1 to enable

It's a Hybrid mode where SMAA first...
