BD-Rom drive that does not burn DVDs or CDs?

I'm looking for a BD-Rom drive to use as a reader and am wondering if there are any out there that are not writers as well. I found some that will read bluray discs and not burn them but all those...

Will these card support blu-ray audio decoding? I need my 7.1 lossless TrueHD and DTS-MA. Hell, gimmie DVD-Audio playback while you're at it. It's why I never upgraded from my Audigy ZS.

The only reason I would wait for HDMI 1.4 is for 3D support but I may I go the Nvidia 3D Vision route so I guess that doesn't matter. Thanks for clearing this up for me.

These cards will output DTS-HD Master and DD True HD in full 24bit over HDMI, correct? If so it looks like these are the cards for me however I may hold off until newer models with HDMI 1.4b are...

With HDMI, is there a sound card that would send everything out a 24bit PCM? I would wouldn't mind doing that. I don't want to encode my audio into a lossy format such as DD or DTS.
