Which version of flash are you using? 11.6 is the version IE10 should be using if you have run windows update. 11.7 sucks and has caused me nothing but headaches. 11.6 is much better.

Hotfix 8 for Win8x64 Enterprise is working great! Performance is good, modern apps are working, no flash youtube problems, and firefox is ok too.
This driver is the best I have used for windows...
