Both boards are unsuitable for 8320 especially overclocking. There is a reason they are cheap. The M5A97-LE has 4+1 phase uncooled vrm.

M5A97-Evo or GA-970A-UD3 is better. Can u link to some...

Yep, but don't forget to downclock your CPU to the lowest multi (prob x4) as well, it's like a free upgrade. It's exactly like overclocking, only difference is you go down instead of up. ;)
