Never mind. Apparently the Asus boards and Coolermaster 212's have this issue.
The bios default threshold limit is 600rpm, and the coolermaster fan spins up at around 550-580rpm when the ambient...

Ended up with a HX850 anyway.

Having a bit of an issue with the Coolermaster CPU cooler. Asus Bios is flagging it as Cpu Fan Failure because its running at 600rpm. Is that the normal speed?
