Other people have gotten it to work with RadeonPro, so maybe if you asked in the RadeonPro support thread? It's also here on Guru3D.

Custom techniques and custom passes are both in.
Using passes is faster than techniques, so I use that.

Mipmapping is also in which will also allow for faster Local Contrast Enhancement....
