Its not a waste of money at all, as the money the company makes in BG:EE will accelerate BG2:EE and if BG2:EE is successfull..then we get BG3.

Either ways, I'd still encourage people to do both.....

I'd suggest people to get "Baldurs Gate 2: Shadow of Amn" and "Throne of Bhaal", then mod it to include all the recommended modes from Big World Project.

For the Original games...

I think the game developers don't actually know what to do with(or how to use) more memory access and 64bit CPU registries in their games.

My PC is like OLD around 4 years or more, my Mobo only supports DDR2...
