No, the ports should be better with ps4/ xbox 1.

They're x86 platforms.

And they don't do it intentionally. Its actually just not that simple and very expensive to port games.

The only way to do this is to extract the tpf files and add those texture to the game...

Yep, it sucks to wait that long. It takes only 10 minutes for me though, because i don't load every texture for every level.

And i found all of them here...
