DDR2 Question. Help please.

G'day. While back I was playing with Typhoon Burner and changed some timings. After finding that the new timings did not help my overclock, I reverted to a SPD backup I saved with Typhoon.
Short story long, I would like to check to make sure the timings are right.
So please help if you have the DDR2 sticks mentioned, or know where I can get the detailed info.

DDR2 sticks: Corsair CM2X1024-6400 (XMS6405v5.1 [TWIN2X2048-64002GB kit]

I know the basic timings of 5-5-5-18-2 at 1.8v and 5-5-5-12-2 at 1.9v.
What I would like to know is these timings: tRC, tRFC, tRDD, tWR, tWTR, tRTP.

At this time I am using the backup SPD data:
5-5-5-18-2
tRC = 22
tRFC = 42
tRRD = 3
tWR = 6
tWRT = 3
tRTP = 3

But found a SPD file for the CM2X1024-6400 over here: http://softmode.techpowerup.com/spddb/details.php?id=4.
And am using SPDtool v0.62 found here: http://infodownloader.blogspot.com/2...dtool-062.html.
SPD data:
5-5-5-18-2
tRC = 22
tRFC = 30
tRRD = 3
tWR = 6
tWRT = 3
tRTP = 3

The timing to note is tRFC (bold).
Please help.

Update: Never mind. I always do a quick search when I have a problem. And then post the question. Then do a more detailed search. lol :bang:, I need to change this tactic.
Found the answer over at asktheramguy.com: http://www.asktheramguy.com/v3/showt...1024-6400+trfc.
So the tRFC needs to be 42. Sorry fellas.
