Intel Drivers.
 
After format, are these the latest drivers for my motehrboard chipset?

after format ill need to install LAN drivers, sound drivers, and that one rigth? oh and vga ofcource.

you could go to radified.com for xp install info.,they say to install the chipset inf up-date first than reboot,than your other drivers

He meant just install the intel driver first, then your other drivers.

Yes Installing Intel drivers first is very essential so that the drivers u r going to install later can better recognize ur chipset and onboard devices.
