The power plan included could be tweaked differently to the earlier package. It says it installs, but it doesn't seem to overwrite the existing package added with the .ppkg file. I know this because I set different times for monitor off, disabled sleep, etc (nothing to do with the optimisations they gave), and they were still applied after installation. If the plan were replaced, these should have gone back to default.

In power plan options, if you select and apply a different plan, you can open the Ryzen plan and there is an option to delete it down the bottom left. Once removed, the new package installs.
