I have 3 folders that are shared on my homegroup via my PC down stairs. The problem is that the hard drive they were on died. I want to delete these 'shared' folders as they are not even there now.

I right clicked on computer and clicked manage. I went into computer management and clicked shares. I deleted all shared folders that don't have a $ sign next to them. Restarted the computer and they are still being shared.

The reason why is because they did not even show up as shared in computer management/shares. I'm guessing that is because they hard drive does not exist any more.

Is there any way to remove these 3 folders that did exist on a previous HD?
