I have a Geforce3Ti200 Video card and I'm trying to up it to Quaddro. I have downloaded and installed RivaTuner, and I have also downloaded SoftQuadro. My 2 questions are: -Where is the antiprotection.rts file? Do I need to download this from somewhere else? -With a Geforce3Ti200 card in SoftQuadro, what should I select for model? (Ie, do I pick Quadro, Quadro 2 MXR or Quadro 2 Pro? Mike R lead modeller/texture guy some company
location of rts is C:\RivaTuner\PatchScripts\NVIDIA\SoftQuadro depending where you installed it of course. and card type is quadro dcc driver must be 23.11 or less the new way to do it though is by enabling NVstrap in RC11 doesn't seem to work on my ti200 but does work on my Gladiac at work. If you try it and it doesn't work ya just need to delete the NVstrap file in winnt\system32\drivers and reboot. RErender also a lead modeler/texturer at another company
Thanks for the heads up. As it seems the zip file doesnt contain the antiprotection file OR the softquadro file. I hunted around the net and I found those 2 files elsewhere though. FINALLY after all this time figuring this out my GeForce3Ti now acts like a Quaddro! Maya doesnt crash anymore, thank god. I don't quite know what you mean by "enabling NVstrap in RC11", but as long as everything is working Im happy. the russian guy that made this deserves HUGE cudos. I didnt want to have to pull out the soldering iron. Mike R Hates nurbs Did you ever hear the one about the dyslexic pimp? He bought a warehouse.
