Have you tried Vista's built in partition manager (Administrative Tools/Computer Management/Disk Management)?

Actually now that i re-read that, i don't think Paragon Partition Manager has a Boot Manager like boot magic.

Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 comes with a Partition Manager and Boot Manager and is Vista compatible ($49.99). I never tried it though.
